1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NetDrive, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when configuring your vehicle and sessions
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Not using the App while driving in a manner that distracts you from safe driving
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

3. App Usage Terms

Permitted Use: You may use NetDrive for personal, non-commercial purposes to track your driving sessions and calculate financial metrics.

Prohibited Use: You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the App

4. Limitation of Liability

NetDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a financial tracking tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on App data
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or data
• You use the App at your own risk

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of NetDrive, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but your local data will remain on your device until you delete it.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the App owner is located.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
