How is fuel price calculated?

NetDrive uses a standard vehicle profile (average consumption of 5.5L/100km) combined with average fuel prices. You can adjust these settings in your profile settings to match your local fuel prices and vehicle specifications for more accuracy.

Does the app consume a lot of battery?

No. We've optimized the tracking algorithm to be extremely lightweight. GPS usage is managed intelligently to minimize impact on your battery, even during long driving sessions.

Is my location data shared?

Your privacy is our priority.

All distance and trip data is processed locally on your phone. No real-time location data is sent or stored on our servers.

Does the app work without internet connection?

Yes! Profit calculations, odometer and session management work 100% offline. You only need internet to sync your profile or share your recap cards.

What exactly is "Maintenance" (0.35 $/KM)?

It's a provision for costs you don't see immediately: tire wear, next oil change, shocks and vehicle depreciation. By deducting this amount, you ensure you have the money needed when repairs come.
